Sarah has spent twenty years inside organisations at the point where strategy either becomes execution or quietly disappears.

As a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards and Executive Committees, she has led communications and organisational alignment through some of the most complex transitions in UK corporate life. The £5.4bn take-private of Hargreaves Lansdown. Intact Financial Corporation's £7.2bn acquisition of RSA Insurance.

She has sat in the room where the decisions are made. She understands what it takes to carry those decisions through an organisation in a way that actually changes what gets delivered.

ClarityOS is the product of that experience. Not a framework imported from a textbook. A system built from twenty years of watching what works, what compounds, and what quietly fails.
