ClarityOS (a trading name of Boss Your Culture Ltd trading as ClarityOS) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information you provide through clarityos.uk.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you complete a contact form, sign up for notifications, or run a diagnostic.

If you complete a contact form, this may include your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message.

If you run a diagnostic, your individual answers are processed in your browser and are not stored by us. If you choose to leave your email address to discuss your results, we receive your email address and your overall result category (for example, a summary result code) so that we can be in touch about what it means for your organisation. You can view and download your diagnostic results without leaving your email address.

We also collect limited technical information through Google Analytics if you accept cookies, including device type, browser, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, send notifications you request, discuss your diagnostic results with you where you have asked us to, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Lawful basis

We process personal information on the basis of your consent (for notifications, cookies, and where you leave your email to discuss your diagnostic results), and on the basis of legitimate interest (to respond to enquiries you have initiated).

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Where you have left your email address in connection with a diagnostic, we retain your email address and result category for up to 24 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact sarah@bossyourculture.com.
