What ClarityOS finds, and what changes.
A PE-backed education provider whose growth had stalled
A leading PE-backed education provider had a strong position in the market, but growth had stalled and competitors were catching up. The assessment surfaced a number of issues that needed resolving: competing authority within the leadership team, which led to people not knowing what to prioritise, old ways of working aligned to previous strategies, and a strategic narrative that was borderline impenetrable. Effort and commitment remained high across the organisation, but people weren't necessarily executing the right things.
The work that followed built a clear, concise narrative the organisation could act on, backed by a playbook that translated it into the specific interventions leadership needed to run, addressing competing authority and unclear priorities directly rather than treating the symptoms individually. The structural risks were named, sequenced, and addressed in order.

The experience the system is built from
ClarityOS is built from twenty years of leading communications and organisational alignment through some of the most complex transitions in UK corporate life, including the £5.4bn take-private of Hargreaves Lansdown and Intact Financial Corporation's £7.2bn acquisition of RSA Insurance.
